County-Level Criminal Search

Few public records are entered into databases in real time and contain all of the pertinent data. Often there is a delay of several months before the entry reaches the database. Even then many relevant details still won't be included. The county's physical files offer the fullest possible history of criminal charges.

Statewide Criminal Search

Provides an overview of an applicant's criminal history from state criminal repositories.

Nationwide Criminal SuperSearch

Provides a criminal record search at a database level and includes information from all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Discover criminal records using nationwide criminal database sources that search multiple states covering all areas an applicant has lived.

Federal Criminal Search

Performs a search of crimes that are prosecuted by federal agencies (FBI, DEA, ATF, etc.), not by state or county officials. Examples of these crimes include possession and distribution of drugs, firearms, kidnapping, embezzlement, and other major felonies. These records will not be found in a statewide repository and/or county level criminal search.

International Criminal Search

An international search for criminal records if your applicant has lived outside of the US. Please contact us for more information as costs and turnaround times vary widely by location.

Nationwide Sex Offender Registry Search

Performs a search of criminals against a national database that all 50 states and District of Columbia report offenders to. When results are returned, a photo ID of the offender will appear on the report enabling you to match it immediately to their photo ID.

Most Wanted Search

Exact first and last name match search that includes middle name/middle initial. This includes the name entered on the report and AKAs. Checks your applicant against various most wanted lists (FBI, DEA, Homeland Security, etc.).

Civil Court Search

A civil court search provides employers with pertinent information concerning civil litigations. Record information is available nationwide and varies by county and by state. A civil court report generally indicates parties involved, cause(s) of action, case number and date filed, as well as the final disposition on the matter.

OFAC / Global Terrorist Search

From the US Department of Treasury and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, a list of all Specially Designated Nationals that per the US Patriot Act, we are not to do business with.
